In addition to his work in mechanization, Aman also leads the dealer channel for TAFE Tractors in Chhattisgarh, where he has played a key role in expanding the brand’s reach and fostering strong relationships with dealers and customers.

Aman is also deeply committed to empowering farmers and Self-Help Groups (SHGs) towards becoming self-reliant. His leadership has been instrumental in establishing several small-scale food processing units, including Dal mills, Oil mills, and Potato chips machines, which have created new income opportunities and helped improve livelihoods in rural communities.

He holds a BTech in Electronics and Information Technology from SRM University, Chennai, and an MBA from SP Jain Institute of Management & Research, providing him with a robust technical and strategic background to lead innovation and growth in the sector.

Prior to his role in AgTech, Ayush gained extensive experience in the financial sector, having worked with Agentis Capital and Bank of America in their Investment Banking divisions. His background in finance has provided him with a strong strategic mindset, helping bridge the gap between agriculture and technology-driven investment.

Ayush is a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) and has successfully cleared all three levels of the CFA (US), equipping him with the technical expertise and analytical skills to lead high-impact initiatives in the AgTech space.
